Jon Turk
Jon contacted us last year about a solo adventure he was planning in
crossing the Solomon Islands from Honiara, the capital, to the northwest
tip (about 500 miles). He found out about the lightweight WindPaddle
"Adventure" sail and thought it would be a wonderful
piece of equipment to have on-board his small boat.

For almost forty years Jon has wandered through exotic and remote landscapes
and returned to write and speak about my adventures, the people, and
the environments that I have been lucky enough to encounter.
Jon has completed numerous sea kayaking adventures as well as rock climbing and mountaineering, skiing, and mountain biking.
